Tuition Fee Payment Procedures

Methods of Payment

Students and their sponsors may pay tuition fees through the following methods:

Direct bank transfer to the official university account;

International wire transfer (for international students);

Corporate sponsorship agreements (for selected students);

Payments via commercial banks after downloading the tuition contract;

Online payment platforms such as Click, Paynet, Payme, Xazna, and online banking systems. To complete online payments, students should select the relevant section of the platform (Payments → Education → Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan → Tuition fees/contract payments), enter their personal identification number (PINFL) from their passport, and specify the payment amount.

Tuition Contract and Information Access

Upon acceptance to the university, information regarding tuition fees based on the student’s program of study will be automatically uploaded to the official platform of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan: https://kontrakt.edu.uz/

From the beginning of their studies, students are required to download their tuition contracts from this website before proceeding with payment.

Payment Schedule

Tuition fees are payable in four installments within each academic year:

25% by October 31, 2025 (for newly admitted students, deadlines may vary depending on the decision of the State Commission);

50% by December 31, 2025;

75% by February 28, 2026;

100% by April 1, 2026.

Changes to Payment Deadlines

For newly admitted students, changes to deadlines can only be made by decision of the State Commission.

For second-year students and above, requests for deadline changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the Rector. Approved extensions are valid for one semester only.
