Governance & Leadership

  • The Youth Council consists of 7 members, each overseeing a specific functional area (e.g., academics, sports, culture, volunteering, entrepreneurship/innovation).
  • A Youth Leader is chosen by students and young staff through a general, equal, and direct vote, from among TSUE students and early-career faculty.
  • Most clubs function under a collective governance model, with transparent planning and regular reporting via the Youth Union.

  • Orientation/Welcome Week (club fair & taster sessions)
  • “Elections and Youth” civic forum
  • “Sahro Sarbonlari” cultural festival

Join, Start, Participate

  • Students can join any club at the Orientation Week club fair or through official TSUE channels (Youth Union/club pages).
  • New initiatives are welcome: propose a club with a brief charter, faculty mentor, and an initial member list to the Youth Council.

Inclusion, Conduct, and Safety

Clubs are open to all students and follow TSUE’s standards on respectful conduct, non-discrimination, and safety. Events and meetings should be accessible, well-publicized, and aligned with academic schedules and university policies.
