How We Work
Our Centre follows global best practice: early-stage career support (from Year 1–2), KPI-driven graduate tracking, strong employer links, and a digital system for monitoring alumni career trajectories.
We serve as the main contact between the university and employers, managing vacancy databases, organising career fairs, coordinating practice placements, and preparing students for interviews and assessments.
Get Started
•    Students and alumni: schedule advising sessions, upload your CV, and explore job openings through the Career Development Centre.
•    Employers: Register to post vacancies, organise on-campus events, and request candidate shortlists.
Together with our partners, we aim to raise graduate employment in the field, expand meaningful internship experiences, and strengthen the TSUE-employer ecosystem across Uzbekistan and beyond.
