Muhammad Eid Balbaa, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations at Tashkent State University of Economics.

He earned his Ph.D. in Economics and Public Finance from Menofeya University, Egypt, in 2014, with a dissertation on Corporate Governance as an Anti-Corruption Tool. He also holds an LL.M. in International and Public Law (2008) and a Graduate Diploma in Global Business from ESLSCA Business School (2014).

Since 2021, he has been working at TSUE, teaching courses in World Economy, International Economics, International Relations, Logistics, and Transport Corridors. He is also an adjunct professor at IMC University of Applied Sciences (Austria, Tashkent campus) and the London School of Economics program in Tashkent.
