Dilmurod Rasulev, DSc., is a Professor of World Economy and International Economic Relations. He graduated with honors in Technical Disciplines from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizamiy in 1980. He earned his Ph.D. in Economic Sciences from the Moscow Central Economic and Cybernetics Institute in 1987. Later, he defended his Doctor of Science (DSc) dissertation in Economics at Tashkent State University of Economics in 2004.

Since 1987, he has held various academic and administrative roles in higher education and government institutions. These include Dean of the International Economic Relations Department at Tashkent State Economic University, Head of the Department for International Affairs at the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, Deputy General Director of the Uzbekistan Banking Association, and Director of the Academic Lyceum under TSUE.

He was a Visiting Scholar at George Washington University (JFDP, 2005–2006) and at Ohio Northern University (FEP, 2021). He also took part in the DAAD German Academic Exchange Program at Hamburg University (1990–1991).

Since 2022, he has served as Professor at the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations at Tashkent State University of Economics.
